Janet M. Neigel, M.D., F.A.C.S
Dr. Neigel is a cosmetic surgeon who specializes in plastic surgery of
the eyes and face. She differs from most cosmetic surgeons because
she is both an oculoplastic surgeon (a specialist trained in plastic
surgery around the eyes) and a board certified ophthalmologist (a
specialist trained in the treatment of the eyes). This combination allows
her to understand both the functional and the aesthetic aspects of
cosmetic surgery around the eyes.
Since 1986 Dr. Neigel has specialized in plastic surgery from the
forehead to the neck, with a particular emphasis on areas near the
eyes. This highly focused specialization means she has extensive
practical experience with these surgical procedures.
Dr. Neigel feels it is important that she and her staff spend sufficient
time with each patient to answer their questions and help them fully
